« The stay was great, the host was attentive and helpful and responds quickly. No complaints about the rental at all. It was a great home to stay in. My only “critique” is that renters need be aware of the 50 one-time parking fee for the association which the homeowner belongs to. It’s part of the association but renters just be aware as it’s NOT listed in the rental fee pricing, it’s extra. Lastly, it’s not the easiest neighborhood to navigate. Just beware it takes some time, with lots of twists...
