"I have absolutely no complaints about my stay. The suite we rented was absolutely gorgeous. I believe the pool is 22 feet long! There was a slight hiccup and I didn't even have to complain so to speak. This company has an amazing staff at the Mequon location. It's been a long time since I've encountered such. I already made plans to rent for this upcoming New Year's Eve. The room was very clean, the setup is absolutely gorgeous! The king bed was extremely comfortable and I suffer from chronic back pain. I was not expecting to have a receiver in the room. It hooked up to speakers in the main room and the pool room and we loved it. They had the music on low upon our arrival. I thought that was a really nice touch. I also loved the large mounted tv in the pool room. It is always nice staying at a place that has cold bottled water ready for you and a bag of ice in the freezer. The Jacuzzi is big enough for two people but I only went in it. It was so relaxing and comfortable. This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time at a fair price."

"This is authentic art deco and lobby is beautiful. Rooms were huge and very good. Bath needs grab bars and safer tubs - getting out is treacherous. At night the hotel public areas were full of college kids - some drunk even in the elevators. Parking is a bit sketchy with locked gates and wandering people. Guard at the hotel entry was watching TV."
