"Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. "Nice property for a short break out of season. Surrounding area was very quiet with one small shop open and a couple of restaurants. We had a car so wasn't a problem. Accommodation was nice and spacious. We were lucky with the weather and the pool was open, although we had been told in our communications that it was closed. Overall great break. "
