It is located on a beautiful vineyard with fruit trees that you are allowed to pick. The owner is an expat from America and very nice however he insisted that we paid cash and when we were allowed to pay credit card we had to pay at a higher exchange rate than what was agreed upon on hotels.com. Villa - Spacious and comfortable. with an unexpected small pool as well. comfortable bed and great linens. Good turndown, Bad things - bathroom stinks of drains as reported by other reviews, security - the windows don’t lock properly and whilst there is a lockable outer door anyone could hop up on to the deck and enter via window, . Property had good perimeter security and patrols but still was not ideal. We had a few issues but in fairness these were rectified immediately, however i felt these were things at this price point shouldn’t have been missed prior to check in, Food - breakfast was great, options to order and small buffet. They did us a pack up for airport when we left early which was very poor - just fruit and water plus two biscuits…so if you want a pack up be specific about what you want. a restaurant food was excellent. Would also highly recommend Iris restaurant next door and the Alpasion Food truck. My room was large with a comfortable sitting area and a very comfy king bed. Despite being centrally located, it was wonderfully quiet. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants and pastry shops in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection. Room amenities were very nice, and the minibar with fridge was a convenient touch. A couple of things to note: the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner, and there is no lounge on the premises—though plenty of great options are just a short walk away. My only real complaint: upon my arrival in Mendoza, I asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation. While someone was there to pick me up, I was charged triple the average Uber rate. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This was extremely disappointing and not in line with the otherwise positive experience at the hotel."
