The space was well appointed and good location for getting to Beale Street and Sun City studios. Graceland a bit further but worth the trip. We rented a car and they have a garage to park in. So close to all the Memphis things! We walked most everywhere and had a great time. The property is spacious, in a good location and as a bonus has a delicious restaurant right next door! We walked to Beale Street and rode the Bird scooters back to the house. My son and my nephews enjoyed the pool table and the rooftop patio. Very clean and neat. Recommend. ##### Charles F. That place was phenomenal, beautiful, safe, clean, and perfect for our stay! We were able to catch a quick Lyft downtown and was inexpensive. The trip to Graceland for my mom's birthday was everything she dreamed of and more! It was very close distance wise as well. The people we ran into in Memphis were all very friendly! Our hosts the Todd's were THE VERY BEST! I would definitely recommend this penthouse to anyone coming to the city because it is a great location and close to everything!!!!!! ##### Shawn B. We've stayed in many VRBO's. This one had the best kitchen. It is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks. The apartment was large, clean, and well appointed. There was a laundry room, a large outdoor balcony, a pool table, many beds and bedrooms, and bathrooms. Although it is a little off the beaten path, and we were without a car, we were able to see Beale Street, the Pyramid, and most other attractions using our $2.00 per day trolley passes. This place is located within short distance of most of the attractions, Sun Studio 5 minute by foot and everything else with a short Uber or streetcar ride. The home is very large and comfortable with a pool table in the living room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large and comfortable rooftop deck with couch, chairs, bbq and eating table and a fully stocked kitchen (even had some sweets and beer waiting for us). Everything you would ever need is in this apartment. Becky was very helpful and communicative and even drove us to the airport on our last day, having to get up for a 4am pickup! We travel alot as a group of friends to many places and we have never had such a wonderful location as this one. Highly recommended! Thanks Becky! ##### Stephen R. We were able to walk to Trolley Market for breakfast/lunch and ride the Trolley Bus just a block away to go downtown!
