"From the moment we drove up and parked we enjoyed our stay. They have plenty of parking if you are driving in. There checkin staff was extremely helpful even assisted merging my old rewards account with my current reservation. The room was huge and clean. We enjoyed the bath and shower room. Room serverice was delicious. We didn't go to any of the restaurant or lounges as we were enjoying the city. We can't emphisis how amazing the staff was. "

"Wonderful stay with friendly staff and lovely breakfast with local Okonomiyaki as an option. Close to Hiroshima station though attractions like Hiroshima Castle and the Peace Memorial Park are a bit further away, though still walkable at 20-30 mins."

"I really enjoyed staying here, in a very good area. Staff and hotel was fantastic. My only criticism was the breakfast wasn’t really that good. A lot of the hot food such as bacon and sausage sausages were cold."

"This was a good hotel - beds were comfy & washroom was clean. Room was a good size too. Breakfast was ok, lots of savoury options. The only thing missing for me was a personal touch - the staff were efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Everything is self service including check-in/check-out. Hiroshima itself is fabulous & well worth a visit! "

"I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel. But it was FANTASTIC! Huge king size bed. But it took up most of the room. Slept great. Rooms were well insulated and couldn’t hear any hall noise or neighbors. Recommend to bring small luggage (or you can store your large bag downstairs). We had backpacks (left our big bags in Tokyo) so we were perfect. Nice happy hour. Extraordinary breakfast bar with MANY selections! Fantastic small restaurant down back door alley for traditional Hiroshima cabbage pancake. Close to Peace Park. I would definitely stay here again. "
