Welcome travellers to our beautiful villa situated in the town of Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha, known for it`s particular panoramas & Villas scenes not seen frequently in the Maltese islands !
The lovely 3BR Villa has a beautiful outdoor space which features a large private pool with lounges, dining area and BBQ. Guests can also enjoy the use of the wrap around terrace which is connected with the bedrooms & living areas.
Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, AC & washer available.
Guests have access to WIFI and use of the air- conditioning throughout the whole stay,
Living | The living and the dining area are connected together, creating a very unique space for gatherings. The living room includes a TV and 4 comfortable sofas, which can easily take up 8 guests.
Outdoor | The outdoor space is also features a dining area and a BBQ grill if guests wish to enjoy their meals in the summer breeze with stunning sea views. This large space also includes a private pool equipped with a small seating area, loungers and umbrellas.
In the first floor, guests can enjoy the use of the terrace too, overlooking the pool and sea views, perfect for those seeking to relish the island`s stunning sunsets and sunrises!
Kitchen | A fully equipped kitchen which includes all amenities and appliances, making it ideal for short or extended stays. There is enough space to whip delicious meals, to store your food or just to prepare snacks.
Guests also can make use of the dining area outside if BBQ grill is used.
Bedrooms | The villa features 3 full bedrooms, the main bedroom have a double bed which also includes an en-suite. The other two bedrooms include 2 single beds as well as a single sofa bed which can take up 1 more guest in each room.
Kindly note that if sofa beds are used, we will provide the linens and towels accordingly.
We make sure that each bedrooms are designed with attention to detail as we believe that having beautiful surroundings enhances the overall experience of our villa. Enjoy the beauty of the art pieces inside or simply enjoy the beautiful shifting light of the rising and setting sun.
Bathrooms | 2 full bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub while the other includes a shower. Both bathrooms include a toilet but there is also a guest toilet which is accessible from the living/kitchen area.
Important to note:
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. This also includes to guests who will be using the sofabed.
Kindly note that although we take full responsibility on cleaning the villa, we would appreciate if BBQ grill is cleaned after use as this prevents food from hardening and become more difficult to remove later.
It`s important to note that the pool undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection before your arrival to ensure its pristine condition. The pool guy comes once a week in the morning and is accessible directly from the Garden, so no one needs to enter the house.
24/7 access to all the amenities of the villa, including the terraces, private pool and BBQ facilities.
There is also a drive-in parking space for those who are using a rental car during the visit. Street parking is also very easy in the surroundings in case you need more space.
Mellieħa is the northernmost village in Malta, further up from St. Paul`s bay and right before Cirkewwa. Its altituous position allows it to enjoy some of the most beautiful panoramas of the Maltese islands as well as being home to the many sandy beaches the north has to offer. Whether it’s beaches, restaurants or modest hotels you’re looking for - Mellieħa has it all. That`s why it`s one of our favourite destinations.
As Mellieha is hugged by the sea on all sides, you`ll find that access to the sea is very easy.There are a number of swimming spots, with the most popular beach being Għadira Bay (also known as: Mellieħa Bay).
Alternatively, if you fancy some diving, you may choose to visit Coral Lagoon, a natural beauty in the outskirts of Mellieħa.
Coral Lagoon is a hidden cave located next to Little Armier. Years ago, the ground in the area toppled, creating a hole in the cliffs. The breath-taking cave, now makes for an adrenaline junkie’s dream - the perfect cliff diving nook!
Mellieha is located 21km away which translates into a one and a half hour of a bus ride. You may choose to visit by catching the X1 from the airport which will take you directly to your destination, right up to Cirkewwa. Alternatively, if you’re craving a taste of the island; you may choose to hop on the 73 which will take you to Valletta, the capital of Malta. From there, you can catch the 49 which will drive you into Mellieha and down to Għadira bay.
Taking a cab is faster, but somewhat pricier option, with standard fares. Most used taxi companies include ; e-cabs, Bolt and Uber.
You can also get to Mellieħa Malta by private car (if you`ve hired one from the airport or online). This is the best option for those wishing to travel less in the heat. Note that the villa offers easy parking spaces.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
