Beautiful, bright and lovely cottage set amongst a stunning Yarra Valley vineyard. Within walking distance to premier wineries, food hubs and concerts, such as Coldstream Hills, Yarra Yering, Medhurst and Oakridge, and an 8 minute drive to Coombe and Healesville.

The cottage has a gorgeous open living kitchen, dining and sitting room. There is a new bathroom with separate bath and shower, two toilets, generous bedrooms with two queen size beds and luxury linen.

The cottage also has a sunroom with option to request for sofa double bed to be set up with luxury linen for guests (extra $70 per person per night).

*** Sofa bed area remains a sunroom unless 5 guests are selected at the time of booking, in which case the sofa bed will automatically be added. For bookings of 1- 4 people, the sofa bed will only be set up upon request.

Opening on to back deck, edged with vegetable, herb and flower garden, there is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor bath and shower overlooking the vineyard and hills beyond provide relaxing 'en plein air' bathing.

Back deck and front verandah catch the morning and afternoon sun respectively for coffee or a cold ale, g&t, or glass of wine.

Inspired by musicians, writers, teachers, designers, and farmers who have all lived in the cottage over four generations, the cottage is private, and surrounded by vines and rolling pastures. The views are sensational and the vibe is relaxing. The owners currently live on the property so are always just a phone call away.

This beautiful getaway is only one hour from Melbourne. Lilydale airport is only a 10 minute drive away for those who would like airport access.

No pets...this is a working cattle, sheep and vineyard property. No large functions.
