"The room was very neat and spotless, but the air conditioning on the floor under the window made our sinuses ache. The air from the air conditioner smelled faintly like wet tennis shoes. We stayed in that room for the duration because we thought that all the rooms would just have the same issue. There may have been extra rooms that may have been bigger but we took a smaller one that didn’t have a kitchenette and no dishes. But we paid more than I thought we should have. Again, we booked for 4 nights, so we were kind of stuck with it. The bathroom did have modern features and a walk in shower (no bathtub). This standard King room was very small. We kept getting in one another’s way (two adults). My recommendation is to book the standard King for one person. There was no closet and only some hooks for hanging clothes. There were no drawers, only shelves. However, the location was convenient, within walking distance (for the able-bodied) to go to the Brevard Zoo and plenty of shops within 2-3 miles. Also, the parking was free and included. If my parents did not live in the area, I might have stayed elsewhere. Yet, the breakfast was good with some variety, scrambled eggs, turkey-sausage, potatoes, cereals, whole apples, bananas, tangerines, juice chobani yogurt, and very tasty coffee, all on a buffet that was very neat and clean. Halfway through our stay, the ice machine did break down, and we checked out before it was repaired, so we bought a bag of ice at a grocery store."

"Very nice, relatively new airport hotel. Spacious, clean room, good amenities, helpfull staff, plenty of parking at reasonable $7.50 per day. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was breakfast. Nice looking buffet with quite a few choices but fruits were not as fresh as they should be."

"The property appears to be under going a much needed amount of upgrading and renovation. A good amount of equipment was stored at the rear of the building and visible from the room. The shower curtain bar was barely secured to the wall which was reported to the management. The room door stuck and took some effort to close it. However, the room was clean, spacious, and relatively nice and quiet. It was also suggested to management that a safety grab bar by the shower would be a good idea to assist people stepping into and out of the tub to take a shower. The breakfast fare offered was very good."
