You can relax in the living room or balcony and enjoy the city views. In our opinion, the perfect way to end a day of exploring Melbourne.
The two spacious bedrooms with comfortable and high quality mattresses (linen and towels are provided), private laundry (washing machine), open plan living and dining with views of the city!
The stylish kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery, floor to ceiling windows, heating and cooling and contemporary fittings.
Guests will have access the the entire apartment
There is a parking height limit of 2.2m.
Please note, this house has a strict no party policy:
@ No music after 9pm & before 7am.
@ No more than 4 guests in the house at a time
@ No using the outdoor area after 10pm
If above rules are not obeyed, it may result in loss of bond.

Great South Melbourne Stay
We stayed for 8 days and were very comfortable in this warm, modern apartment. It had great views to the city and was well lit. It was in a fantastic location close to the city, markets, Albert Park and Aquatic Centre. The apartment was well appointed and the new kitchen and laundry facilities were very useful. Under-cover, off street car parking was a bonus. I would recommend.
