Wonderful place to stay in Ruchmond
Stayed here Jan 4th to Jan 12th 2024 in an amazing two bed with terrace. Apartment facilities were excellent, beautifully furnished, fab bathrooms and an amazingly well stocked kitchen/laundry. Location is excellent for the city with trams just outside. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in a two bedroom winter garden apartment, it was very spacious , clean and had everything we needed to have a great Christmas catch up with our family . Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely brand new looking apartments with all the amenities at yiu doorstep. Secure car parking at a reasonable price, tram straight to the city & plenty of restaurant and cafe options just a walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchenette was good to have, as was the balcony to get some fresh air. Perfectly located on Swan St and only minutes to East Richmond Train and close to trams also. And of course Swan Street has every type of wine bar and restaurant you could wish for. Room was finished nicely in modern neutrals. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Security access very comforting.

I recently stayed at a serviced apartment during a family trip, and I was very impressed with the experience. The apartment was located in a convenient and safe neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building was modern and well-maintained, with a 24-hour front desk and security. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Overall, I would highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, whether for business or leisure. The combination of a great location, modern amenities, and attentive service made for a truly enjoyable experience.

We booked this apartment so we where close to where our niece was getting married. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment and all the facilities were second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

OK but could be so much better
This property is fresh and new. The architecture is also modern and contemporary. The location is good too. The staff were very friendly, efficient and communicated well but aren’t provided with solutions to problems by management/owners. An issue that cant be fixed, for the room I had at least, was that it had a view only to an internal courtyard with just the smallest patch of sky visible above. Some might not care but I prefer to avoid properties that have these rooms, but I was unable to on this occaision as there is no indication rooms like this exist on their website. Things that can be fixed to improve the property are: 1. The timber floor creaked like a haunted house 2. Shower hot water at maximum hot couldn’t hardly be described as hot – maybe because I was so cold in my room - see below 3. Seeminly every door adjuster isnt adjusted properly. Doors in the hall were slamming until late at night and started at 6am – so no going to bed early or sleeping in and the main issue: 4. The property's website says "Individually controlled ducted heating and air conditioning" but this wasnt the case for me. After much frustration I now know that the Daikin VRV system they have installed is shared between adjacent rooms such that if your neighbour leaves theirs on cool mode but its 13C outside you cant select heating – as happened to me. My room became chilly as the outside temperature dropped which made the lack of a properly hot shower even more disapointing.

I loved it here! I booked in for just one night as I’d just flown in from LA and had a concert at Rod laver that night so didn’t want to be taxi’ing around to/from the venue. It was perfect, super conveniently located, the room was great, it was exactly what I needed.
