Staff were very helpful. I arrived at 8am, after an overnight flight, and the receptionist let me have a room immediately, without waiting until the official check-in time of 2pm. Buffet breakfast was good. Shuttle bus to airport ran frequently.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the free bus to the airport worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again when traveling from Tullarmarine

Hotel is close to the airport and has an excellent free shuttle service with friendly and helpful drivers. All staff we met were very helpful and pleasant.

The staff were excellent and nothing was a bother. It was a shame the restaurant was open every night as the food we had from there on the first night was lovely.

We chose the property expecting breakfast. It was not included. We chose not to pay $44 and instead grabbed a bite at the airport before our flight. The shuttle service to the airport was good. The room was minimal but served our 12 hour stay.

Unfortunately far away from mid city areas. The location perfect close to airport, however, with shuttle service available. We loved the Happy hour and dining options. We also appreciated that desk service permitted cancelation without penalty.

We stay here often before we fly out on a holiday. Airport transport and being able to leave your car at the motel is very convenient. Rooms are basic for the price; they used to be reasonably priced due to the age of the rooms. Good for one night. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

The best Best Western.
A welcome break for a weary traveller. Had such a great visit, sorry it was only one night. That bed is the best hotel bed I've slept in for many a day. The dinner and breakfast buffet were beautifully presented and tasty. Bouquets to the lovely, friendly breakfast host.

Room was clean and had everything you needed; staff were helpful and friendly. However, the bed was terrible, the provided alarm clock and tv did not work. Place was really noisy, paperthin walls.

I just had an overnight stay but everyone from the shuttle drivers, to the desk clerk to the cleanliness and convenience of the facility to the airport made it a 5 star hotel for me. The facility itself is nothing fancy, but it is very well maintained and had a surprising nice onsite restaurant that served a good variety of entrees. The pasta dish i had was actually quite good.

Basic room but clean and quiet. Fridge was off at the mains and didnt notice at first so milk was luke warm as it took forever to maintain a cool temperature . Breakfast was excellent . Staff friendly and helpful . Good airport transfer.would use again

What a surprise to find such an excellent restaurant in a Best Western! I had a superb rack of lamb, not expensive. Otherwise, this BW lived up to the usual good standards in terms of rooms etc. Staff were very helpful.
