We are excited to introduce you to our stunning Vacation Beach Home, boasting picturesque lake views and located in the serene Westbrooke neighborhood of West Melbourne. Nestled near theme parks and a variety of attractions, our Beach Home offers a perfect getaway for the entire family.  
  
Surround yourself with the area's natural beauty, including the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge and the pristine Indialantic Beach. For thrill-seekers, don't miss out on the adrenaline-pumping Andretti Thrill Park and the Brunswick Harbor Lanes for an unforgettable experience.  
  
If you're a sports enthusiast or eager to attend a live event, check out the Melbourne Greyhound Park and Palm Bay Regional Park for an exciting lineup of games and activities.  
  
In addition to the fantastic attractions nearby, our location provides ample opportunities for outdoor adventures. Explore the surrounding waters through scuba diving, snorkeling, or fishing, or embark on a thrilling horse riding excursion and so many excellent restaurants around.

Our inviting retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across four private bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a private office space.  
  
o Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet  
o Bedroom 2: Queen bed, full bathroom

o Bedroom 4: Queen bed, full bathroom  
o Office: Desk with a view, office chair, and sofa bed  
  
Each bedroom is adorned with large windows allowing natural light to pour in, while blackout curtains in most rooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Our home features three full bathrooms (1 shower and 2 bathtubs). We provide a starter kit with essentials such as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath tissues, and hair dryers. You'll also find bath towels, hand towels, and face towels for your convenience.  
  
★ KITCHEN & DINING ★  
Begin each day with a fresh cup of coffee brewed in our drip coffee machine. Savor your favorite dishes in our fully-equipped, open-concept kitchen that encourages your culinary creativity. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove & oven with air-fryer capabilities, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, rice cooker, and coffee maker. You'll also find glassware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, pots & pans, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, silverware, bakeware, and cleaning supplies.  
  
★ LIVING ROOM ★  
Unwind in our spacious living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and a 70-inch Smart TV. Enjoy a complimentary Netflix movie, play board games with your family, or simply relax with loved ones. A sliding door connects to the patio, where you can admire a beautiful fountain, a lovely bonsai garden, and a gorgeous lake view.  
  
★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★  
Relax in the screened-in patio area, featuring comfortable outdoor seating and a table. Sip your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while enjoying the serene ambiance created by the smoky fountain, charming garden, and stunning lake view. A BBQ grill is available upon request at no additional charge (cleaning fee applies).  
  
★ SWIMMING POOL ★  
The community swimming pool is just a 5-minute walk away. Please review the pool rules carefully, especially when visiting with children. The pool key is hanging on the key hook in the kitchen.  
  
★ BEACHES ★  
Several beaches are within a 10 to 15-minute drive from our Beach Home. We provide a beach canopy, mat, and beach towels for your enjoyment.  
  
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★  
For your safety, we have installed five security cameras outside the house: one at the front door, one on the patio, and three at the corners of the property. These cameras operate 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas.  
  
★ LAKE ★  
A 4-7 feet-deep lake is accessible through the backyard gate. While the lake offers a serene and picturesque view, we urge you to exercise caution when approaching the water. Please refrain from walking too close to the edge, as the ground may be unstable, and the risk of accidents is higher.  
  
If you are traveling with children, we kindly ask that you always supervise them when they are near the lake. Their safety is of utmost importance, and constant supervision will help prevent any incidents.  
  
★ LANDSCAPE ★  
A professional maintains the front and backyard landscaping weekly. They require 2-3 hours of access to tend to the property and may need to access the patio for fountain maintenance.

#### Wonderful home

Helen was easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. Something small but that would make things easier, is a small table by the door. Need both hands to open door, and requires you to put things on the ground to do so. Spacious home in a safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Could use more beach towels. Responsive to any problems/questions. Would certainly consider again. Close to FIT campus.

#### Gorgeous Home!!

This was my first trip to Melbourne for a family wedding - and am I so glad we found this house for our trip! This house has everything you could possibly need or want and more. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, fantastic appliances, elegant fixtures, spa quality bathrooms, necessary supplies from the host, beautiful views from the back patio, and so much more. This home is located on a quiet neighborhood and is still close to shopping and attractions. It’s a fabulous retreat. Helen was a wonderful host who checked in on us and was available for anything we needed. It’s a luxurious home - and we enjoyed it so much!

#### NOTHING LIKE IT!

Wow we were beyond impressed with Helen and her home! The most beautiful property in an outstanding neighborhood. The backyard with the lake is pure Zen! The home itself was extremely spacious and comfortable. Helen was a beyond awesome host too, always responsive and there if we needed anything. There was by far no better property to stay at anywhere around. Highly recommend!
