For a surf camp it was surprising that there was no beach or area to surf by the property. "The staff friendliness stands out. The only negative was at checkout when they asked for payment which had already been made to lastminute.co.nz. I had to prove that I’d already paid via the lastminute website. Not sure who’s to blame, Hilton or lastminute, but it was embarrassing. "

"Very clean and family friendly. We were there during peak holiday periods, so getting a sun lounge was challenging. Great resort if you have younger kids. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Dining options were expensive"
