We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "The hotel was locked with no personnel at reception or anywhere in the hotel throughout our stay. We saw no employees at all. A worker at a nearby shop somehow obtained a key and let us in. There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience."
