Situated in a green residence with a pool, this cosy 55 sq. m flat, on two levels, is on the garden floor (without elevator) and includes:  
\- a pleasant terrace with a nice view on the mountains,  
\- a beautiful lounge with a comfortable single sofa bed,  
\- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),  
\- one bedroom with a double bed,   
\- a bathroom with bathtub,   
\- a bathroom with shower,  
\- an open fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),  
\- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washer and dryer, ironing equipment,  
\- Wi-Fi, TV,  
\- one underground parking space, suitable for standard-size cars (not suitable for 4x4/SUV),  
\- an access to the residence outdoor swimming-pool (only in July and August).

Close to Megève center, 10 min walking to Chamois cable car and 15 min walking to Rochebrune cable car, you will be in the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain. All the shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be a few minutes from the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. Megève’s city-center is only 10 min away on foot – you will find the casino, the cinema as well as the museums – but you can also easily move around the city and reach the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service. Lastly, in summer, you will also find many activities around the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking…
