« We had a lovely night away at this peaceful treehouse & didn’t want to come back. We fully immersed ourselves in nature, enjoyed the peace & quiet of the secluded surroundings listening to all the wildlife. The treehouse is so cosy and the views from it were beautiful. The lake was also a beautiful setting to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset. We even enjoyed the use of the composted toilet & pretended we were on celebrity get me out of here. We highly recommend this...

« Good location for accessing North Devon although many of the coastal towns were very much faded glory.The accommodation was a room in a private house which was quite noisy at times. Jenny was there at check in but we didn't encounter anyone at all during the 4 days of our stay. A room information pack with suggestions for days out, places to eat etc. would be useful. »

« Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning. »

« I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

« We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful. »
