"Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an Reibungslos. Es wurde immer schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Uns wurde auch vorab der genaue Standort mitgeteilt. Trotzdem haben wir es nicht gleich gefunden. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich mit einer kleinen Leckerei empfangen. In der direkten Umgebung sind noch zwei Häuser. In Trget selber, 5 Autominuten entfernt, kann man in einem Mini-Supermarkt Kleinigkeiten wie Milch,...

"Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Es ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man für den Alltag benötigt. Der Pool ist eine tolle abkühlung. Im Umkreis gibt es kaum Lärm belästigung. Den ganzen Tag, ganz in Ruhe am Pool liegen war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und werden bestimmt dort nochmal Urlaub machen."

"Wir, 7 Freunde, haben in der Villa Letis einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus mit Pool, Außengrill und großem Garten war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber & ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße, weshalb man auch etwas lauter sein konnte. Der Strand und weitere Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich bei Familie Marinović für ihren freundlichen Empfang am Haus, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt."

Durch die Lage in einem kleinen Weiler und den direkt ans Grundstück grenzenden Wald und Wiese ist es sehr ruhig, keinerlei Straßenlärm, man schaut ins Grüne, und man hat im Garten seine Privatsphäre; dort findet man auch einen gut eingerichteten überdachten Außenbereich - den wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Winter) natürlich nur begrenzt nutzen konnten. "Property was exactly as we hoped. Beautifully appointed throughout with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside and outside holiday living of the highest standard. Very peaceful rural setting which suited us perfectly but makes a car essential. "Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer.
