"Staff was super friendly and helpful! Went above and beyond in terms of ensuring that we had everything we needed, particularly as it related to mobility and accessibility needs."

"I arrived late, went to my room hoping to just wash my face and hands, brush my teeth and go to sleep. I started to run the water in the sink to get it hot. It soon turned very brown, and stinky. I had a jug of water which I used so I could brush my teeth. I ran the hot water a long time, and eventually the water cleared but the smell never went away. As it was very late, I went to be, as I was too tired to deal with it. In the morning the water again came back dirty and stinking, but not as dark. I took a video. I went downstairs to explain the situation. I spoke with 2 employees both who were unapologetic, and only said they'd check it. They had no interest in viewing the video, did not even offer an apology, or offer a refund! STAY ANYWHERE THAT IS'NT THERE! "

"Hotel is absolute disgrace! As soon as we pulled up we knew the pictures lied Whole place is run down and room was filthy. When we turned on the tap to sink and tub grains of dirt came out, we have pictures We went to the desk and got our damage deposit back and left We expect a refund or we will be putting a dispute in with our credit card company This place should be shut down"

"The room was cold we had to use a space heater. The adjoining room had the light on all night and we could see light all around the door all night long . I gave notice to day staff that we would be checking out early and she rold me to tell the day staff because she didn't know how to do refunds. Come the next day they said i didnt give 24 notice so they charged me for the day i wasnt there. Not impressed with so called Manger not professional at all. I wouldn't let a dig stay there."

"The pillows were small square pillow and should be king size pillows in a king bed suite, I’d bring my own next time if I could. There was a big gap under the door that allowed noise and a door sweep should be put on it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly access to the casino and good steakhouse. I’d give higher rating if the couple things I mentioned were remedied. Overall a decent place"
