Recieved a call from the front desk while I was still driving out to brooks as it was late and I hadn’t checked in yet. I appreciate the check in and confirmation that I was still on route.

Good budget motel. It's clean but dated. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness because there was a beard hair behind the faucet of the sink. The rooms are not very sound proof. I could really hear alot of noise from other guests.

A real budget motel.I was checked in then left….the place was deserted! The shower had good pressure.There was no cold water coming out of the tap in the sink,actually it was quite warm!Tiny fridge that wasn’t cold,no freezer. Very,very squeaky floor boards. The place needs a make over and update.Below the front door I could see outside and the cold air just blasted into the room,had to place a rolled up towel on the floor! I paid for 2 nights and ended up staying for just one.Very disappointed in this motel.

It was an older property but well maintained. Clean and comfortable it represented great value. The staff were the icing on the cake that went out of their way to make you ( as a customer) feel valued. They phoned to check on my ETA before I arrived then after I left to remind me I had left a kettle in my room. The whole experience made me feel very welcome.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Convenient location but it is by the main road going down from the highway, so it might get a little noisy from the traffic. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

For the price, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable. One of our rooms was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke so we asked to change to another room and we were quickly provided with a different one, so that was good.

The check in receptionist was super friendly and gave good advice about area restaurants. The only issue we encountered was a noisy AC unit in the room that couldn’t keep up with the heat. Other than that, the rooms were clean.

Hotel was fine for a one night stay. Our toilet seat was disconnected and slightly dangerous. Also our fridge door was propped open with a towel in it as house keeping was defrosting the unit. When I went to shut the door a moth flew out. Around 4:30-5pm hose keeping came by to finish cleaning the fridge. Suggest not checking people into the room at 4pm if house keeping needs to finish.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. First room they gave me had lots of flies in it. The replacement room was much better, but I opened the fridge and it reeked like rotting garbage. I did not look inside. I just shut the door quickly to stop the smell. Good thing the room had a window that opened. The other thing I didn’t like was the red neck truck revving at all hours of the night outside, but that’s not the motels fault. The room was drab, but okay for the price. Basically all I did was sleep there.
