Our room had a “queen” bed and hide a bed. We thought the queen was small. Maybe a double! Other than that it was great!

We had to tell the front desk 3 times that kids were running up and down the hallway, screaming, laughing, knocking on everyone’s doors, including ours. Right up until midnight! I think staff need to do better. Had this been a business trip and I needed a good nights rest, I would have been livid. Staff didn’t care to say anything!

I know that our Night Auditor who started at 11pm that evening did take great efforts to get these kids under control. It is important that all of our guests have a great stay, not just teams and this feedback is very important for us to work with our front desk staff, thank you.

Pretty nice place. Kids had fun. Waterslide is a bit dangerous as it shoots out into the middle of the pool. Fine for small kids but if adults slide down they crash through all the little kids swimming. Nice staff and nice that they offer a breakfast
