We left for dinner and came back to a clean house. We had what we needed for the 3 nights we were in town and plenty of room for me, my husband, three daughters and my mom. There were no house numbers on it. There were no kitchen towels that we could find, and a couple of the bath towels had stains. Our feet were covered in dirt from walking a little bit around the house. They upstairs bathroom was obviously not cleaned because there were poop stains in the toilet and fresh feet prints on the bathroom rug next to the shower. A dirty bed sheet shoved in the corner of the laundry room. The lower twin bed was not made. The AC unit in the living room drips water onto the couch just under it. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms is extremely loud. Missing an AC unit controller in another room. We had ONE hand soap dispenser that was obviously watered down. There was no shampoo. The water to the fridge was not hooked up. Hardly any dishes to use for cooking in a rental that allows 6 people. Would not recommend. ##### Kez G. Close to my sons house. Had 3 issues to call about. At one point we were locked out of the house. We had apparently turned the lock on the handle which was a 2nd lock. We were locked out for an hour before we received answers back to calls and texts. The upstairs shower hot/and cold dial was backwards which we didn’t know and didn’t get a hot shower til the next day. They have a container for bottled water which ran out and we texted them but never got the water. We had to buy our own. The TV reception was not very good. Also the recently remodeled downstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed (with a little squeak) & 1 bedroom with a twin bed (didn't use) as well as bath, kitchen, laundry room, dining room & living room. When everyone was in bed, I went to the bathroom & the floor squeaked under each footstep ... enough that others heard. The showers were great! Both girls had their own bedrooms and we had enough room to spread out for the two nights we were in Medford. We came to the area to visit Crater Lake National Park, which we did (about 1.5 hour trip). We also enjoyed visiting a city park, a local winery and a cheese shop in the area. ##### Jennifer K. The house has been remodeled or built recently so it was very clean and looked just like the photos. There were adequate beds for all our family members. The furnishings could do with an update, especially the linens and the couch, but it was a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was mixed but felt safe.
