« This house is cute and clean. The check-in process was easy and smooth and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is about 12 blocks to the theater...about a 15 minute walk, so fairly convenient. »

« We loved the outdoor areas and spend most of time there. The pool was beautiful, large trees for afternoon shad and plenty of comfortable seating and lounging! The attention to details like outdoor trash/recycling bins, a giant outdoor TV, and umbrellas that can easily be moved to keep us cool were all very appreciated. We've already booked our family reunion here again! »

« Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again. »

« Great spot, mainly quiet with beautiful flower garden. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. Nice open space for family. Centrally located for access to Rogue Valley destinations. »
