We enjoyed the decor of the property, the breakfast was beautifully presented, the rooftop servers were ok they can work on their communication. I’m he food portions were good. Rooms were good size, clean, unfortunately no amenities such as iron or blow dryer. We weren’t given enough towels for the amount of members booked for the room. Area popular, city life, lots to do and see. Busy street, the area is clean.

The hotel facilities and breakfast were very good. The worst thing is the noise. It is a hotel for young people. It's not very good as a couple.

We were given the last floor You can here the rooftop party till 2 am. & the cleaning people started at 7h45 am! Good luck sleeping!

The property was excellent. The rooftop was a great option. They have great drinks and phenomenal breakfast. They do have parties on Fridays and Saturdays so if you’re a light sleeper, this might bother you but if you’re there for a good time this is a great option with great vibes.

The hotel was beautiful and very nice, nice location, walking distance to everything. The only thing that need to change is the bathroom towels. Are to ruff and old.

Our stay in Medellin was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and allowed us to store our bags prior to check in. The breakfast were very delicious and presented so well. The rooftop is quite nice and the vibes are excellent! One of the issues we had was having small bugs (I think termites) in our room. Finally the room could do with some storage space, more lighting and mirrors to make it more accessible and presentable.

Not a place to stay for business travelers. Wi-fi was bad, and the room. gets noisy at night as you can hear the rooftop music past midnight. Also found someone elses underwear hanging off the TV when I first arrived. Free breakfast was great though, and solid place to stay for the price if you are a young traveler or backpacker

We had a great stay at the Somos Beats hotel. The front desk staff was absolutely lovely - very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious [and they were accommodating to vegetarians]... It was the first hotel-included breakfast I've had that was made-to-order. The rooftop was a great place to watch sunset and have nice cocktails. One thing I'll call out: the noise didn't bother us at all [we live in NYC, so we're used to it]. That said, if you're a very light sleeper, Poblado in general is not a great place for you to stay on a Saturday night. It's NOT the hotel or even the rooftop's fault - it's just a very loud, fun, party-focused area. To the hotel's credit, they provided ear plugs for us [which we didn't need]. Great stay, I'd definitely stay at Somos Beats again!

Excelente hotel para hospedarse. Staff es excelente, en especial a Cristhian por ayudarnos siempre. El área es segura y es un hotel pequeño lo que brinda una seguridad mejor. El rooftop es de ensueño. Si vuelvo me vuelvo a hospedar en The Somos hotel.

My husband and I just stayed here for a few nights while in Medellín and it was excellent! They had breakfast everyday downstairs, and the last night we were there the rooftop was open (until 10pm). It was in a great location that’s very walkable in the Provenza area, and we felt safe walking home even at night with its closeness. My only gripe was the lighting in the bathroom was minimal so trying to get ready in there at night was tough bc there was only 1 light working. However, we would still stay here again and loved it! Employees were so nice, and greeted us with drinks on arrival! Would definitely recommend!

The location is great. The breakfast is really good. The staff are helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The only thing we didnt like was the noise. Depending on where your room is, you could hear either the noise from the rooftop, or the noise from the road.

Cristhian is the most amazing person every. I stayed in September with my now husband (paul) and Cristhian check in on us everyday to make sure we enjoyed Colombia to the max. He would always suggest places to go, things to do, and eat. Speaking only little English and us hardly speaking any Spanish he was a life saver. Thank you Cristhian from Sherika and Paul. We need more people like you in this world…

The staff is the most unique, they are very attentive, kind hearted, great vibrant souls, and their hospitality was renowned. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean and worth it. The food was surprisingly amazing!! Also thoughtful and creative menu, I would fly back to Medellín just to stay at this hotel. Probably my favorite hotel experience out of very many international trips around the world!! Thank you so much

Bittersweet stay. Cafe mosquito made up for the noise. If you’re in medellin to party then this is your place. Make sure to bring earplugs! Can get noisy, hotel is right next to a very busy street. Close to many stores, venues and restaurants. The room was pleasant and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Might stay here again. Make sure to try the cafe downstairs! Excellent food.

No recomiendo a nadie a quedarse en este hotel. Te quieren cobrar por absolutamente todo. No se puede dormir en las habitaciones, el ruido dentro de los cuartos es ensordecedor. Muy mal el servicio al cliente. Terminé rentando en otro lugar debido a la mala experiencia
