Upon check in- there was no towels in the room, not even toilet roll. We had to go downstairs, ask for & bring everything up ourselves. House keeping make the beds and do literally nothing else. No vacuuming or mopping. Sheets with stains on them. The rooftop bar is tiny and drinks are overpriced. Breakfast is limited and not great. No idea how this hotel has had such good reviews. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was just amazing. Front desk staff was helpful. In the morning breakfast options were different each day in which I enjoyed.
