« Property is in a beaitiful location, right on the bay. It is a single bedroom but the condo is large and airy - it was just the right size for the two of us. Would love to stay there again. »

« This is our summer annual beach trip and we usually stay on the East Coast. We tried the West Coast and it did not disappoint. This location and property is a hidden GEM! Quiet beautiful beaches (about a 20 min drive) and quiet neighbors. The only drawback was there is only one grocery store that is within a 30 min drive and they close at seven. Easy to book, great host, however, they did require buying the insurance. GREAT STAY and would love to stay here again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. It was just what we needed. We really liked the fact it had a full kitchen and we were able to boil shrimp from the local seafood market. Our host was very friendly and professional. They where always quick to respond and offer any help you would expect. You get an authentic stay here. Its not your million dollar condo wait in line at the elevator or fight for parking resort type place. Its friendly locals, local brewery, excellent fishing, privacy, scenic...

« We wanted a place close to where we are moving and discovered this gem. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The hosts thought of everything. Michele and Jeremy are super. Our days were busy with errands for our new home but we spent our evenings relaxing with the sounds of the gulf in this beautiful place. We even saw dolphins one morning. Cannot recommend the condo or the hosts enough. Thanks Michele and Jeremy for a wonderful stay! »

« We loved our stay here! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. The enclosed patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee and sun downers. Convenient location - 5 minutes to piers on 98 for fishing, 10 minutes to Carrabelle and 40 +/- minutes to Apalachicola & St. George Island. We've booked many places through VRBO & Airbnb. Marlinda's place ranks as one of our favorites. We'll definitely be back. »

« This is located in an awesome community that has a short golf course that is as equally rugged as delightful. We didn't have clubs (and the resort down the way would not rent to us!) so could not play. We did hit the frolf baskets on the same greens though. Great neighborhood for evening walks, and you can walk to the beach from here with a bit of shoulder strolling. But most importantly, you can buy the most delicious seafood in Carmella down the road and bring it back to this place to enjoy!...

« Nice to have a driving range to practice. Rates are very reasonable considering the great course.The course is challenging and greens rolled fast.Would highly recommend a trip to St. James Bay. »
