« I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so. »

« We stayed at this hotel because we love staying at the MCM Elegante in Ruidoso, NM, mainly because of their customer service and best breakfast ever. This was not even close to the customer service. 1st of all how does the bar close at 10pm?? And then you can't sit on the lobby chairs or couches after 11pm. The man at the front desk with the cowboy hat was rude and rudely kick us off first the dining area and then the couches when we weren't doing anything but sitting there. Very disappointed »

« Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

The error was discovered shortly after payment was processed, and I immediately attempted to correct it well before any actual travel date. « No clean towels, nobody was there for cleaning the whole entire time, the breakfast is poor »

« Have stayed here a number of times in the past, but will have to re-think after this last stay. The property is in a great location, but is showing its age. Thermostat was not working properly in our bedroom unit (heat coming on in the night during Lubbock summer?), closet doors did not stay closed, and bedside plugs that did not work were just a few annoyances. The breakfast bar was also pretty poor by all accounts. »
