"Unclean rooms, i question the safety there. Just very unhappy with the whole place! "

"Our room was uncleaned. We found someone’s AirPod in one of the unchanged beds. The bathroom door was literally disintegrating onto the floor. The front desk staff was not helpful. The photos they provide are very misleading. We chose to leave and find a new place to stay. "

"The air conditionjng was pretty average and had trouble giving out much heat. The breakfast was reasonable but would benefit greatly by having a couple of waffle machines. The bedroom lacked a clock."

"We arrived to find a small fire in the mulch outside and reported it to staff who quickly went out to put it out. Our first room had a noisy air conditioner but this was quickly remedied by a room change. There were some other guests there who didn't seem to realize they needed to respect quiet hours and other guests, banging doors and yelling down the hallway, but wasn't so bad that we called the front desk. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast Friday was tasty, though there was difficulty getting cups, plates, etc. Saturday breakfast was less impressive, trash cans were overflowing and needed attention. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a decent place to stay and I'd probably stay here again if the need arose."

"Was surprised by excellent ratings of this hotel. The elevator didn’t work and during check in we had to walk the stairs to 4 th floor with the luggage and than back next day during check out. The fridge was not clean by housekeeping and was very dirty with some soda spilled all over. The sheets on one bed had some pieces of dirt at lower side and gave us the impression that it wasn’t changed to clean ones. The hotel itself is located by the gas station with the truck stop and a highway being very close. I am a light sleeper and could not sleep all night because of all noise from highway and trucks going in and out until late night after 12am and early morning starting around 5a.m. So if I ever "

"Requested a first floor room weeks in advance, was given a third floor room far from elevator. We travel with a small dog this was very inconvenient. Will never stay here again."

"The room was disgusting, we had to go buy bleach to clean it. There were roaches and the manager was rude. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because of the sales director Pam. She tried to make it right but I just feel like you can’t undo bad customer service."
