"The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The lady making the omelettes had a gift for making them but was not the friendliest. The pool was beautiful but the water was very mucky and needed a good cleaning. Same with the whirlpool. They did seem better on Monday but over the weekend the same eyelashes and Band-Aids were laying by the pool day after day. Our room was spacious. We had an issue with the air conditioner, not working, but we’re able to get a hold of somebody to correct that."

"Dear Etage Executive Living, Your property is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the social/game room was a great bonus. With that said, I did run into a few issues during my stay. The frameless double sliding shower door appears to be out of level, so it constantly slides to one side while showering. The bathroom tissue holder was also loose and appears to have been installed improperly. On the second night, around 1:00 a.m., the carbon monoxide alarms began beeping. Since there isn't a phone to reach the front desk, I walked over to report it. I was told to remove the batteries because there was nothing else staff could do. Unfortunately, with a 12-foot ceiling and me standing at 4'10", that wasn't exactly an option. :-) I also wasn't comfortable disabling a safety device myself, since I believe that should be handled by the property's staff or maintenance team. Since I was checking out the next morning and wasn't offered another apartment, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I was grateful for my overpacking habit, I had earplugs! In the end, I could only laugh at the combination of the self-closing shower door and the suggestion to remove batteries from an alarm I couldn't possibly reach. Despite these issues, I had a great stay. With a few maintenance fixes, this property would be outstanding. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests."

"The room was pretty clean but there was a set of used eyelashes on the bathroom floor. We loved the tap room for drinks and snacks but on a rainy night we tried to have dinner in the restaurant palm court and stood for awhile and then after we were sat, sat for awhile with out help. We walked around the corner to Capital Grill and had a great meal. There is no in room dining even though directions in the room tell you to dial zero. No one that answers the phone is helpful. Very weird- don't have a QR code or advertise in the room for in room dining if there's no in room dining. The front desk was very helpful and when we checked in and the coffee bar is absolutely amazing. Great service and really great coffee. We saw ladies having a beautiful High Tea and the sandwiches and pastries look yummy. I do recommend this property but maybe plan dinners out. Great location and great price."
