The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"We were in town to visit relatives and this apartment fit the bill. Convenient to everything and plenty of parking. Our grandkids were over and enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion I would make is there were not enough bedside tables and lamps and the living room needed a couple of end tables with lamps. The bathrooms could also benefit from an update. But for our needs overall, the apartment was fine. "
