« This property is perfect for a girl’s trip!!! Everything about it is a TEN! The ambiance is comfortable historic meets industrial. We were so pleased with the communication strengths of the host, and the convenience to sweet little shops and restaurants. We are thrilled and plan to come back for a longer stay! »

« We were in Milan for a funeral, and this is the only lodging in town. The person who checked us in was nice. The grounds were not real tidy, but I think the location had a lot to do with that. The motel is old but has been remodeled. The room was clean. The only real problem we had was keeping the air conditioner at a temperature where you were not too warm or too cold when sleeping. There were no blankets or cover. »

« I have pictures of the room. The floor was filthy, sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged and dirty. The room had burn marks around the sink, on tub, toilet, on the table between the beds, and a burn hole on the bedspread so it was smoked in. We asked for non smoking room. There were dead bugs laying around. The toilet paper was rusted and couldn't hold toilet paper. There was part of a roll of toilet paper that had a yellow stain on it like it had gotten wet. The bath tub had a ring around it...

« Nice cottage with a terrible layout. Dining room upstairs and kitchen downstairs. Main bedroom upstairs, single bath downstairs. If you are here for the stables and horse experience I’m sure you’ll be delighted. If you’re here for the cottage only then you’ll be disappointed as I was with the price/value versus product. »
