« Loved the fenced backyard, was great for my dog. The gazebo was nice to sit and enjoy the day. Great idea to have doggie poo bags & trash for them in the backyard also. « This was truly a a lovely place to stay, however, the listing did not indicate that there were upstairs units and downstairs units. Therefore, when my husband and I arrived, we were quite surprised that we were going to have to navigate a steep and narrow set of stairs to get to the upstairs apartment. We are 74 and 78. It was not safe for us. I suggest you make it clear in your description and designate which units are upstairs so those of us who can’t maneuver steep stairs will know not to...

« This place was abominable, do not rent from Heath Green or The Kentucky. The kitchen was infested with mouse evidence, on ALL dishes, inside the toaster, everywhere. There was no heat, and 6 messages were received then we were constantly lied to that it would be fixed. The front door looks as a gas station where several homeless persons watched us because the front blinds are broken and provide no privacy. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords. »
