"Overall, the stay was good. Upon arrival I realized that the shuttle is not 24 hours. I was in a room and across the hall there were people living them. They had a full kitchen and every food smell would linger into the hall. I normally do not expect hotels to have people cooking and living out of a hotel room. The room was clean. The staff could have been much friendlier. The shuttle driver was a little rude and during check in the female continued to talk on the phone with a friend while I was trying to check in with her (very ignorant). The next morning, a male was at the desk and he was friendly. Property is far from downtown Chicago so if you are looking at going downtown at all, I would suggest a little closer so you can take the train."
