"We like being on the beach, although it is stoney the sunbeds are comfortable and the guys who allocate them are very helpful and friendly. It is in a good location for us as we prefer being on the beach and not in Taormina town which is very crowded, although we do like to go into the town in the evenings. The life is close by and easily accessible. The beach club food is very good and the service at the hotel is excellent. We couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed a very restful few days"

"This was probably 4 stars 20 years ago but not now. The hotel requires some redecorating. Our room an bathroom were really small. It was 33-34 C when we arrived and nobody at reception told us that the air con had not been working for 10 days. We only found out when we got to the room and found a badly functioning fan. The sink was blocked and we couldn't use it for a day. We requested 2 additional pillows 3 times but we never got them. The staff at the reception had no customer service skills...
