Loved this place. Loved that we can hear the Banda music from our room at the beach. I am so disappointed that they said this is no longer allowed. But the hotel was amazing if I ever go back I would stay here again. But with the ordinance in stopping the music and culture I am not sure I’ll be back to mazatlan soon.

Property is in a great area near restaurants and shops. It just needs to put more quality in the rooms. The shower sprayed all over too much water coming out of the shower to the floor.. With a brand new hotel, I would expect a heated pool. It would’ve been nice to be able to go out for a swim early in the evening.

The beach and pool was nice. Having a gym was convenient and the room was a good size with comfortable beds. Plenty of English speaking channels. Excellent place to stay.

Definitely will return to this place is very convenient located and nice clean beach area, muy amables todos los empleados desde la entrada hasta las recámareras. Just make sure you double check when booking if you get a non refundable deal they will not reimburse or you can choose a different fares for little more just in case you change plans. I paid a room for some friends and canceled on me a not even one night was reimbursed. Jussie so you know they will honor that as well.
