"This was a hit and miss. The lodge reception was closed, so needed to drive to casino to check in. It was busy at 4pm but the staff was very fast and friendly. The suite was large with a living room, balcony and bedroom, 2 TVs and with 2 bathrooms. The en suite bathroom had the vanity light not working so it was dark but plenty of fresh towels. The 2nd bathroom shower head didn't function at all. Since it was only myself I chose to use the other bathroom. The place was clean, a nice window view. I would stay again because ot has a good rate, good staff."

"The property is always clean, staff is pleasant, morning breakfast offerings are plentiful and great variety, the rooms are clean… Just a great overall place to stay… The indoor pool is always great. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was adequate but they really need a few more hooks in the bathroom. It was very noisy, we were on the second floor overlooking whiskey row and the noise kept us up most of the night. Love the atmosphere."

"The property is pretty old and from a different era. However, it was acceptably clean and felt safe. There was a solid value for the money paid. The biggest disappointment was the to-go breakfast bags. I was not a fan. They would have done better to just have coffee and a bin of muffins, donuts, and fruit."

"I was surprised at how nice the hotel was. I thought it was going to be heavily skewed toward the casino, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very easy to get to the hotel part without having to walk through the casino. We also got to enjoy the pool which was well maintained. There was also a bowling alley and an arcade that we didn't have time to explore, but there are definitely amenities geared toward families."
