« Maya Heights Village is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! I traveled alone for my birthday and I felt completely safe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times, including changing my cabin when there were Wifi issues. Ingris, the lead coordinator was AMAZINGLY kind and attentive at all times. She was so sweet, even having a surprise birthday banner and cake set up at dinner when I arrived! She did so much, helping me book a wonderful tour and having a staff member...

« Super beau site. La plage est moyenne. Ce n'est pas une belle plage de sable blanc avec eau bleue et crystaline. Il faudrait aussi gérer les chiens errants. Une femelle semble avoir fait son territoire et elle chasse les chiens qui passent. Un peu désagréable. Le restaurant Embers est très bien. »

Le bar du ponton est super agréable avec ses filets pour s'allonger au dessus de l'eau ou ses chaises suspendues. Restaurant excellent, pensez à réserver le samedi soir... D'une manière générale, évitez le week end où il y a un afflux de personnes étrangères à l'hôtel, autant dans la piscine qu'au restaurant. Autrement, tout est quasiment parfait et on sent assez privilégié dans cet hôtel style cocooning. Bien...
