El Medina is a comfortable, if slightly overpriced option. The room was spacious and the central air conditioning works well. Note that you cannot adjust the air conditioning and it’s just throughout the entire building, but I was never too warm. Unlike the outside air, the room was very damp due to the AC, so my clothes would not dry. They will let you hang clothes on the rooftop (worth visiting for the view alone) if you ask. Breakfast was good, but no protein - only baguette, pastries,...

Hotel Wissal is a clean safe hotel where the staff do their best to make you feel at home. The room was very large and relatively quiet. Bathroom amenities were excellent, internet signal stable and strong for the full week I was there and the restaurant had an interesting menu even if some items weren't always available. I would return.
