Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. "Management need to better the check in system, Breakfast is good, but long line to get in and coffee line must be fixed. Other than that it is a good hotel, super large hotel at the T3 Hanada and 7Eleven at the hotel, we would stay again."
