Our paradise cottage is in the cutest, artsiest, fishingest town, Matlacha FL, on Pine Island. Clean, updated and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with laundry room. It’s truly turnkey accommodations! Sleeps 4; twin beds can be converted to a modified king bed upon request. Full-size kitchen, oversized comfy furniture, large lanai overlooking the canal and outdoor patio with a smoke chimney for those great evening nights around the fire. Dock furniture. Cable, internet access and wireless wi-fi. Includes dock, 10k covered boat lift and direct gulf access. Just 5 quick minutes to awesome red fish/snook/trout/ and more fishing. Walking distance to downtown Matlacha for great restaurants, shopping and the small fishing village experience. Kayak around on the water to see all kinds of wildlife like birds, fish, dolphins, and an occasional manatee. If you love to boat, fish, explore, take day trips to cool places in and around SW Florida, have fun, and just flat out relax - this is your place! #### Tropical oasis getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fully stocked, exquisitely decorated, and conveniently located cottage. The cottage has all you need to just drop your bags and relax. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch, overlooking the canal, watching the storms roll in, the dolphins play, and the fish jump! The beds were comfortable, the decorator touches adorable, and the cottage is located near so many restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Minutes to open waterway if you bring your boat, which we did! Outstanding hosts who have thought of everything from grill to bikes. Extremely clean and nice layout! We’ll be back to visit soon!

Beautiful cottage with amazing hosts! They thought of every detail with this beautiful little cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday week! All of her little touches definitely made it a memorable trip. Can’t wait to come back next year.

#### By far, one of the nicest small places we have ever stayed.
Very clean and awesomely decorated!! We had a boat, and the dock was perfect and had very good fenders attached to piles to protect the boat. We have rented probably close to a hundred properties over the years but I have never seen one that showed all the kitchen utensils/tools/and appliances online, and, everything in the pictures was there!!! We needed nothing. Vicki could not possibly been any more engaging and helpful. If I could I could give six stars for this little hideaway, I would.

#### Excellent Stay
I cannot speak highly enough of this property. The home was immaculate and communication with the owners was the best I have experienced. We loved sitting out on the deck area and meals on the covered patio. I thoroughly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.

#### Perfect Plus
One of the reviews I read said this house is perfect, but I didn’t really believe it until I got there. But it’s perfect plus things I didn’t even dream of. Like chilled wine in the Frig along with cold bottled water and a box of fudge from a local shop. The bed was comfy and the bed linens and towels were first rate. The outdoor space included a gorgeous lanai and a second dining area plus a private dock on the canal. Add to that the friendly neighbors (one baked cookies for us!) and there you have it, perfect plus.

#### Clean, Quiet, Extremely well stocked
This house was perfect for us. It had plenty of everything you could need. We travel with a box of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, spices, etc. With this house we never even took the box out of the car. The furniture was very comfortable. The back patio and dock area were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors and the area is very quiet. Owners could not have been nicer to work with. Convenient to a Public Supermarket, good restaurants and fish markets. We will be returning to this house as often as possible.

Absolutely a fabulous place .Every square inch was beautifuly declorated. Everything we possibly needed was there clean and neat. Outside space was exactly as described just what we where looking for. We can't wait to go back Thanks for the memory's we well have for ever...
