One of the best hotels we've been in Israel! The best value for money, quite, clean very nice, very friendly! It's out third time here along the last 4 years and every time, the quality remains the same.

Property is clean, peaceful, quiet. Wish the pool had better hours(closes too early & opens late), we did not get to enjoy it. Also, not enough towels are provided for additional person even after you pay for the extra person fee. We asked reception and extra towels was not provided!

very disappointed, the room had no hot water, they transferred us in an other room, much smaller , the bed was also smaller , and the jacuzzi was dirty . No room service , everything we need form the bar , we need to go and take it by ourself. for the price we paid it was very disappointing

The Nea hotel is a nice and quite hotel near a beautiful beach and near to Rosh Hnikra and to every attraction in the north western cost in Israel .

we had a great time. a family of 2 parents and a baby 2 yrs old. great facilities, nice spa with great treatments, the location is very nnear a beautiful beach, and the pool and gardning on site is amazing! but above all, we will recommend this hotel due to a wonderful and friendly service!!!

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff. On their website they claim to have "beach houses" however the beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there's not even a slight view of it from the villas. When I asked why they present it as if they have a sea view, they said they used to have it until they built a fence that blocked it. Why did they not update their website photos or their guests? I did not get an honest answer to that question, but I was told I'm being rude to question them.... In addition, our room was not cleaned even once throughout our 2 nights stay and we literally had to beg for fresh towels and shampoo. They claim they do not clean the rooms due to covid 19 situation, but they did not bother to notify guests before arrival or on arrival about that. When we confronted them that other hotels do provide cleaning services, they checked and then said they can facilitate it after all, whenever we are not in the room. Too bad that was already late in the afternoon after a long day of being out of the room... If asking for basic services and an honest description is considered being rude, then I guess we were very rude.

ENJOYABLE VACATION

Our stay at this completely renovatd hotel was very enjoyable. It started with the pleasant room in the quiet spa building and continued with the unusual and tasty breakfast, which was served to our table. The beach is within a short walking distance and the hotel staff is friendly.

The place is nice not more then this.. We staed at the spa ecxutive room.. the room was clean.. the balcony of the room was not inviting it was dirty and we didnt sit there. We took massage and it was ok.. The brakfest was great!

there is no bufe at the hotel

we thougjt that it will be bufe at the brakfast but it wasnt it was very poor eating, at the website of hotels.com is written that there will bufe but it is wrong.

Potential is there!

There is a lot of potential! Rooms are well designed, nice amenities, great size and comfortable. But some small attention to detail around the whole hotel meant that it does not feel quite as nice as it could. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly. The pool area now has Strauss branded umbrellas and bins which detract from the vibe. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The indoor sitting area feels like it has not been furnished fully, no flowers etc. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. Coffee was not great and what they called orange juice was oversweet reconstituted orange juice, not freshly squeezed. The place has been designed really well! Just needs a little bit more care taken on the upkeep and finishes. Overall, a great stay! Fingers crossed that they keep the hotel maintained properly!!
