« The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I have been calling Hotel.com but have not responded. I hope that hotel. Upon seeing this comment, com will follow up and pay the hotel owner’s...

« We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, bagage werd voor ons naar boven gebracht en we kregen informatie over ontbijt en diner opties. Omdat we nog een bezoek aan de tempel of tooth wilde brengen werd meteen een tuktuk geregeld. Nala, de eigenaar, kon ons ook voor een heel redelijk bedrag de volgende ochtend met zijn auto naar ons volgende verblijf brengen. Na een goede nacht in de rustige buurt hadden we een lekker ontbijt op het dakterras met mooi uitzicht over het meer en de bergen. Tijdens de rit...

"Chambre belle sur photo mais manque d’amour et d’entretien. On a commander à la chambre et cela a pris 2 heures se faire servir. Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe et ils nous ont pas donné la bonne chambre (chambre moins luxueuse) et ils ont même pas voulu nous rembourser la différence. "

"Excellent hôtel juste à l’entrée de Kandy, très grande chambre vraiment confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la vallée. Télévision et frigo .Extraordinaire petit-déjeuner, belle piscine, accueil professionnel dans un hall magnifique. Personnels très attentifs et professionnels. Certaines chambres ont des matelas plus confortables que d’autres. Je recommande !"
