Dadurch ist es ruhig, was sicher ein grosses Plus ist. Allerdings fehlt dem Haus die Wärme - alles ist funktional und eher lieblos und nüchtern gehalten. Die Gänge und Wände sind einfach nackt und der Hall ist dadurch recht gross. Flecken auf den Polstern und auf Bettüberwurf waren so abstossend, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das zweite war dann wesentlich sauberer als das erste. Proche du centre ville accessible facilement à pied ou en tuk tuk. L'environnement n'est pas top mais l'hôtel est très agréable. Il se compose de 3 étages sans ascenseur. Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle salle de bain. Notre chambre était au 2ème étage à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner. Celui-ci était copieux et composé d'une variété de pains et surtout de cakes très bons. Des oeufs et différentes spécialités locales . Du pain perdu et des pancakes. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast filled a hole; dinner should be sought in the town itself (worth getting a tuc tuc to the area around the lake where the best food spots are - it's not the most pleasant walk from this hotel). Exceeded our expectations! ##### Kara Stayed 1 night in Dec 2017 ### 2/10 Terrible #### gocci1999, tokyo Jan 3, 2018 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### おススメしません！ 3：00pmでヒマな時間でしたが、チェックイン後ロビーで30分ほど放置されました。クレームを入れてやっと部屋に案内されたが、黙って居たら放置し続けられたと思います。部屋自体は綺麗だったのですが、洗面のコップが汚れたままで気分が悪くなりました。備え付けのコーヒーでも飲もかと思ったら、ティースプーンが用意されておらず掻き混ぜられなくて困りました。夕食はブッフェスタイルでしたが、美味しいものはありませんでした。ビール1本飲んで、現地通貨で2300ほど、美味しければ全然okなのですが、あのクオリティなら、トゥクトゥクで街に出てレストランを探した方が良いと思います。ロケーションも地球の歩き方では、ゴールデンブッタの直ぐ隣となっていますが、それは間違いでかなり歩きます。まあ、スリランカなのでこんなもんかな？と思いつつチェックアウトしました。夕食代を精算しようとカードを出すと20%も加算されるとの事、カード会社の手数料にしては随分高いので、クレームを入れると、それは手数料ではなく政府のタックスと言われました。どうして現金だとタックスがかからないかと突っ込んだら、現金だとタックスを誤魔化せるのでとの回答！全く話しになりませんでした。ダンブッラの思い出はこのホテルのお陰でやな印象で終わってしまいました。 ##### gocci1999 Stayed 1 night in Dec 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Dec 28, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Very good everything.
