"We loved everything about this beautiful cottage! It was somehow spacious and cozy, all at the same time. Impeccably clean, well equipped and so very comfortable. The bed was THE most comfortable we've ever slept in..seriously, it was. The hosts, Tim and Melissa, were wonderful about ensuring that we had whatever we needed, even reaching out beforehand to see if there was anything special that we thought we would need. The location was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to. We enjoyed the baby grand piano in the living room (perfectly tuned) and the rocking chairs and hummingbird feeders on the porch (we saw our first hummers of the year!) The towels and linens were clean and perfectly fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. And I was so pleased to find a vanity, with stool, a magnifying mirror and good lighting in the bathroom. We ladies appreciate thoughtful touches like that. We can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here and we hope to return soon."

"I appreciate orange juice for breakfast and there wasn’t any. I was there for three days. On the first day I told the front desk manager there were no paper towels in the men’s room. When I left there were still no towels and the overflowing waste basket hadn’t been touched "

"Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots."

"The front desk girl was the rudest and most awful hotel contact I have EVER encountered! We showed up around 6pm and while checking in, I asked about scheduling our airport shuttle for the next morning. The girl was so nasty and rude Saying that they require a 24 hour notice. She admitted that is not posted or advertised and said it’s not her problem, she just works there”. When I asked if she could please at least try for us because we really needed that shuttle, she got even ruder and it became an argument with her saying she won’t give me a room and to leave the hotel. We went outside and made calls. Thankfully the Marriott not only had a room for us, but even though their shuttle was broken down, she set up a taxi at no cost to me. Do NOT go to the Cambria!!!"
