You live in the granny apartment of a villa, with hospitable de / ital. Married couple in a private atmosphere, in the NR apartment separate entrance, 1 living room / bedroom, kitchenette for self-catering, shower / toilet, parking lot, satellite TV, outdoor seating in front of the apartment for breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset and when they happen to be don't feel like cooking, come to our Ristorante "LaRuota" (1.7 km) and let yourself be pampered.
The detached house is on the edge of the forest with a panoramic view of the coastal towns, terrace with a Mediterranean flair. Surrounded by pine, olive and lemon trees, you can sunbathe here and enjoy the peace and quiet.

TUSCANY: Fascination of a unique region.
The Tuscan summer lasts much longer than the big holidays in Germany.
From May to October the southern sun spoils us with bathing weather.

Surroundings: Terraced hillside property with olive trees and pine forest. At the house patio with garden furniture and a beautiful view over the plain to the sea.

Golden October, autumn time - harvest time in our region is chestnut time, one tree next to the other in its wonderful golden yellow splendor. Only a few steps away from the house, chestnuts as far as the eye can see - also a wonderful souvenir for your loved ones.

A road for the brave
We had a hard time locating it, don’t rely on GPS. The very narrow & very winding road was the epitome of an old Italian residential area. I will post the pic I took of the map. Marion was so very pleasant when we 1st arrived & gave us great appetizers and a bottle of wine. We welcomed her to join us and the communication limits at times, took us to a Translation app. The view on a clear day were spectacular. The room is very small for 2 but if you spend your day out it’s not a problem. Be certain to write down if you want breakfast EVERY morning OR only one day. It’s extra $ and is very nice on her upstairs patio. It will likely be the same every day and gets pricey. The hillside location makes it hard to use as an “in and out” for the day as the road is risky. Good value for the price, consider the size. It may be a good idea for Marion to meet the guests at a exact time down in town so you can follow her. The area to park requires a 3 point turn in a very small car.

Mut zu Kurven schenkt wunderbaren Weitblick
Die Fewo liegt in einmaliger Position, hoch über der Stadt Massa. Der Weg dahin geht über Serpentinen und verlangt gute Fahrkenntnisse. Aber ohne Höhenmeter kein Weitblick. Das Frühstücken unter freiem Himmel, das Glas Rotwein zum Abend mit Blick auf die glitzernde Stadt und das weite Meer - so etwas schönes gibt es nur einmal! Marion und Rossano sind wunderbare Gastgeber, ihr Restaurant La Ruota ist die beste Ergänzung dieses Traumaufenthaltes.

Das Appartement hat aufgrund der besonderen Lage (etwa 300 Höhenmeter über Massa) ein besonderes Flair mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Die Vermieterin ist nett und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Urlaub bei Marion und Rossano
Hallo Marion, hallo Rossano, wir haben den Urlaub bei Euch in der schönen Ferienwohnung vollen Zügen genossen. Der Empfang am ersten Tag war sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Auch der Besuch auf dem Weingut mit Verkostung mit Wein, Öl usw hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Shön war es,dass Du uns mit Rat und Tat bei der Auswahl von Ausflugsziehlen und Lokalitäten geholfen hast. Besonderer Knaller war die Eisdiele die wir zusammen besucht haben. Unser Geheimtipp ist Rossanos Restaurant La Ruota in Massa. Wir werden Euer Feriendomizil unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Ganz privat mit herrlichem Ausblick
Das Appartement ist klein, wie beschrieben, aber ausreichend für 2 Personen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, wie Urlaub bei Freunden. Abseits vom Touristentrubel, Auto erforderlich. In einem Haus am Berg, deshalb toller Ausblick auf Massa und das Meer. Wir kommen wieder.

Urlaub mit Heimatgefühl
Wir haben unsere Tage bei Marion und Rossano sehr genossen. Die liebevolle und fürsorgliche Gastfreundschaft hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Marion konnte uns immer einen guten Tipp geben, über Restaurantempfehlungen, Strandabschnitte, Tagesausflüge oder Hausmittel gegen Mückenstiche und Sonnenbrand. Sie hat uns das Gefühl von Heimat im Urlaub gegeben, was wir sehr an ihr geschätzt und sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Vor allem der Weinabend und die gemeinsame Weinprobe im Weingut hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf der schön gestalteten Terrasse haben wir unsere Abende zu zweit mit Blick auf das Meer und Massa sehr genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.
