"Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!"

"What a beautiful hotel , clean , quiet , charming . We had a dip in the pool and enjoyed the coffee before we took ferry to sag harbor . The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"

"We had such an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It is an easy walk to grab a great cup of coffee, which we loved. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the two Adirondack chairs on the water. The owner could not have been nicer and had great restaurant recommendations. We really loved it and will absolutely rebook soon!"
