The air-conditioned living space is optimized and very pleasant thanks to its colorful and functional Scandinavian universe. A fuir, sale et vieillot, beaucoup trop cher pour ce type de location.
Points positifs : la piscine et le jardin bien entretenus. Points négatifs : draps / serviettes pas fournis, nous étions prévenus au moment de la reservation, surprenant dans cette gamme du prix. Maison extrêmement sale : sols, salle de bain pas nettoyée, douche au rdc insalubre, alèses pas changées et sales, WC sales, torchons sales dans la cuisine + balais pas rangés, draps sales des locataires précédents laissés dans la veranda, couettes et oreillers en vrac sur les lits voire à côté. l’annonce ne précisait pas qu’une des chambres était dans les combles avec une toute petite porte, climatisation qui fuit, de plus cette chambre ne comporte pas de garde-corps devant la fenêtre. Il manquait également la photo d’une des chambres construite dans une ancienne cuisine extérieure avec évier. Dans le jardin: barbecue pas nettoyé, table de jardin en teck pleine de taches de gras, pot de fleur plein de mégots , hamac déchiré, frigo extérieur dégoûtant, table de jardin cassée. La conciergerie a immédiatement fait passer 2 personnes pour un nettoyage minimum (1h) mais le nettoyage du barbecue et de la table de jardin a dû être fait par nous même. Nous avons compris pourquoi le propriétaire n’a pas voulu fournir les photos supplémentaires que nous avions demandées au moment de la réservation, maison est mal entretenue, défraîchie , grand besoin de refaire les peintures, beaucoup de meubles sont bien fatigués et l’ensemble est bien loin des standards des maisons louées à ce niveau de prix : de loin le plus mauvais rapport qualité prix de toutes les locations que nous avons faites dans la région. Notre relation avec la conciergerie My home Connexion a été plus que difficile, nos commentaires n’ont pas été pris au sérieux, les draps sales des locataires précédents ont été récupérés après 4 jours. Au final, nous avons obtenu une ristourne sur le ménage mais l’impression générale est restée mauvaise.
