"It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues."

"The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for an enjoyable stay. The only downside was the air conditioning unit being located at ground level right next to the bed. Because of the warm temperatures outside, we needed to keep the air conditioning running throughout the night. Unfortunately, the cold air blew directly toward the bed, making it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and offered the typical options. However, it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit available as an additional choice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the excellent customer service provided by the staff."
