« A simple request.....a room on the first floor....way too complicated for thé girl at thé reception as they already assigned us a room on second.....She could not !!! « The check-in staff lady was helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The parking was convenient, well lit.
Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine.

« It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us...
