Find a Bed and Breakfast in Martin County from CA $276

"When we checked into our assigned room, my wife pulled back a pillow to find a condom (unopened, thankfully). I pulled back the blanket for a closer examination to find hair, likely pubic, on the sheets. I also found what looked like blood on the spigot. We asked to either have a new room or have the current one cleaned, and since house keeping wasn't answering the phone, we were given a new room. This was the only room they had left and it was smoking. The floor was grimy with dirt, the door was misaligned and had a gap to the outside, the wall paneling was soft and warped and detached at the base. We made it one night out of three because of the horrendous smell and noisy AC unit, and canceled the remaining two nights and were reimbursed some of the first night. The employees were extremely helpful and felt embarrassed. It seemed like they were good people who needed a job and worked for a poor employer. I revisited the website wondering how I had chosen such a deplorable place and saw that the photos did not match any of the three rooms we visited, and I conclude the website used photos are stock photos, AI, or just simply not from the same property. No where does it say this is a motel--it is a motel."

"Property was nice and much cheaper than staying in Greenville. Breakfast was hot and good. Rooms were nice with microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. Direct Tv with some movie channels. The only reason I deducted a star is because we were in a room on the first floor which was right next to the stairs and the side entrance. So multiple times a night I’d wake up to either one opening and closing. Also, this morning around 5:50 am the fire alarm went off. By the time I had gotten dressed and was about to walk out, it stopped. It’s not their fault for that one though. Just wasn’t able to fall back to sleep after. So kinda sleep deprived after staying 2 nights there. :/"

"Was given a handicap room when requested was double beds. Hard as bricks sofa bed with dirty socks underneath. Room was dusty. Hot water was cold. Very overpriced! Do not recommend and will not stay there ever again! "

"Stayed here for ECU Graduation. Honestly not a hotel I would normally choose. We were very pleasantly surprised. Lovely, very clean room. Everything looks new. Excellent experience"
